Lindsey Egan,

Lindsey received her masters in Speech-language Pathology from Long Island University in 2012. Subsequent to that, she worked in various settings: skilled nursing facility, inpatient/outpatient hospital based, school including elementary, middle school, and high school. Given this extensive experience she amassed a higher understanding and appreciation for the role of a speech-language pathologist. In order to expand her breadth of knowledge she then pursued certification as a Certified Coding Specialist. This certification bestowed upon her a vast understanding of billing procedures and diagnoses. As Agency Administrator, Lindsey is personally invested in Noor’s therapists and can relate to their needs as they blossom throughout their career. She leads a team of highly qualified therapists ranging from recent graduates to seasoned SLPs and she takes great pride as their advocate and supporter.

Jake Eletto,
National Chief of Staff
Jake is our National Chief of Staff/Business Development, responsible for culture and growth through ownership of: Recruiting and Staffing, Sales & Revenue, Communication and Systems, Recruiting/Human Resources, Efficiency Initiatives and Real Estate. Jake designs, develops, leads and implements execution of national sales strategy to target revenue and growth. This has resulted in revenue expansion from 1.5MM in 2007 to 95MM. Jake leads our search, selection, training and management of all key salespeople and their respective recruiting and sales teams. He is responsible for driving and protecting revenue for 20 unique branches that offer staffing and recruiting services in: HomeHealth, Government, Hospitality, Clinical and non Clinical HealthCare, Creative, Payroll services, Legal, Finance, NonProfit, Admin and Consumer Products. He oversees creation and delivery of all front-office training programs for entry level through management. Further, Jake created recruiting and staffing metrics, as well as delivery and performance management programs to ensure an optimized workforce.

Maia King,

Maia has been practicing as a speech and language pathologist for over ten years. Maia has had the opportunity to work with individuals in the NICU, pediatric hospital, and preschool through middle school. Further, Maia has owned a successful private practice since 2013 and currently works as a Supervisor at Columbia University. She is accredited with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, National Aphasia Association, National Stroke Association and New York State Speech Language-Hearing Association. Her publication, "Individualizing Speech Therapy Goals in a Group Setting: An Aphasia Viewpoint,” was published in The National Stroke Association and StrokeSmart. A skilled lecturer, Maia is a featured presenter at a variety of clinical workshops. Maia’s clinical versatility, experience and passion for supervision offers a strong support system to both new and seasoned clinicians.

Rolf Parrenas,

Rolf has worked with both seasoned and first-time travelers and have successfully placed travel nurses and allied professionals in rewarding positions across the USA. The eldest son to an immigrant family, Rolf learned early the value of hard work and instill it into my practice every day. He works tirelessly to present high-paying packages to my team so they can make the best choices for their next adventures. Rolf has worked as a Staffing Program Manager at a level one facility in NY and gained valuable perspective on how we can build successful profiles that jump from submission to interview and offer to placement.
